oil on coastlines - Apolyton Civilization Site Forums

jaxon1234 Settler Local Time: 11:10 Local Date: October 31, 2010 Join Date: Nov 2001 Posts: 2	oil on coastlines Has anyone ever seen oil appear on coastlines, right outside coastal cities? I cannot figiure out how to access the oil. You obviously can't build a road to the oil and offshore platforms don't work. Any ideas? I guess I thought oil was only supposed to appear on Tundra, desert or plains Thx inadvance for the help
