Is This a bug?
When I change any setting in the editor and save when I load and play the tech screen is unusable. All the techs are there but the little progression arrows are replaced with grey lines in incoherent pattern.

no clicking L or R works.

I can still pick tech on the dropdown of the popup "you discovered
this What next" box though.
Anyone else had this problem?

That happened to me too. I just restarted and it hasn't happened since.

Happens to me every time.

BTW it only hppens when I edit the rules.
