AI Cities overlapping
Can anyone give me some help here.

I can't stand it when a computer crontrolled civ decides to found a city that has it's radius overlapping into the radius of one of my cities.

Sometimes I have no desire to go to war , yet the computer leaves you no choice. You have to either destroy that city or live with losing one of your resource squares.

Is there any diplomatic way around this? Other than asking the computer to give up that base. (Because I don't want it either)

try as quickly as possible to get that city through culture. when it reverts to you, starve the population and then you can disband the city when you build a settler or worker.
