Just a NOTE to all who will surely download this graphics mod
Just to let you all know that the .pcx should be placed under the following directory (the following is the standard directory path name which may be different if you changed the folder names when you installed Civ 3)

C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Civilization III\Art\Terrain

Just tested them out and i gotta give you a big m_m_x

REally great work ... and I hope this post will save people a bit of time if they don't know too much about where files are located in the Civ 3 directory (don't worry, i had to do a bit of file searching for it too )

Good Gaming !
~Alex

I prefer the 1st version too. The 2nd looks like they have swimming pools, not too common in the Ancient Age.

Overall they are MUCH better than what Firaxis did... they looked like gold to you... to me they looked like mushrooms.

Great work!
I prefer the first version, too, btw. Huts in the second version are a bit too crowded, I think. The first one is just perfect.

I have to agree with the rest here ... Stick with the first version when this gets moved to Files ... the Simplicity is great

Keep up the amazing work, and GET WELL SOON!

Cheers~

I like the first ones too. Much better then the gold huts.

I really liked the CTP goody huts because they looked like stonehedge and easter island heads, etc. I think if someone could replicate that it might be cool.

Excellent job! I do not download mods that change the dynamics of the game but to the maps and the "look" of the game, I do. I have already downloaded snoopy's mod that changed the look of the forrests and water. Keep up the good work.

I have a question. Could you work on the barbarian villages and give them more life? I love beating up on them but the graphics are lacking. Just a request from a fellow Civ fan.

Oho YES! This is the business!

Fantastic work. And while you're at it, could you change the barbarian camps too?

Great work man!
I like the 1st better too.

You think you could change the mines to something else? Isnt it weird seeing mines in grasslands and other non mountain terrain?
Maybe some building, like a sawmill or something.

Excellent job(again). I always wondered how that hut held horsemen and warriors, especially barbarians. Thanks.

By the way, Great job!
I have to tell you that whenever I have to reinstall or just TRY and play a game of civ 3 it is a must that I include your goodie huts and snoopy's great graphic enhancements. The game would be graphically boring without your excellent handy work. Even though the game is poorly done at the moment you brought a smile to my face. Just thought I would make a point to thank you and snoopy for your efforts!
