Animated Units Graphic Editor

If your gonna have animated units like in SMAC/X then you had better have a special editor for us scenario writers that spend way to many hours drawing those little icons.
Like set up five frames per unit.
Then allow us copy and rotation features so we can draw one unit then copy it then rotate it in the other frames so it looks like it's moving. Sort of like the explosion sequence in civ2 between units.
