Thanks... the trick is to save them ( cartoon stile pics, i mean ) as jpegs images, so the graphic program will arrange the right color graduation's palette in automatic settings' mode. What you have to do next is cut them, save as bmps and paste them into units slots.

First two slots represents small towns, last two are the core of a big town ( i planned to surround them with modified railroads... ). That's why they seems so similar. I think i'll change Spain only... too much uniformity in this urban "tissue"...
