Culture design flaw
The strength of you culture is dependant on total number of culture points, not on density. i.e. if you had 10 cities and 10,000 culture and then proceeded to conquer a neighbor who had 10 cities and 100 culture then the strength of your culture would have improved by 1% even though it is now more "diluted". Whats up with that? The best way to have a dominant culture is to conquer 90% of the globe? Some how i find something patently wrong with this.
And whats up with automatically destroying temples and cathedrals in conquered cities? You should have the option of keeping them around to pacify the citizens at the risk of their culture continuing to increase and overthrowing your cities.
