Question...
Does difficulty directly effect your chances of generating a leader?

Also, does anyone have any stratgies that have proven effective that produce more leaders than normal?

Thanks

Not that I've noticed, Grundel. As to specific strats:

1) Build Barracks to crank out Veteran Troops
2) Concentrate on building mounted units (retreat, less casualties)
3) Play a militaristic civ (4% increase per battle in which an elite troop wins)
4) Use the Oscillating War technique (keeps you warring a bit longer than standard practice of beating up one civ, more fights with troops in the field = easier kills for your elites)

An aside: it'd be helpful if you named your thread something a bit more specific.
