I tried pressing Q but it did'nt work what do I have to do to get it to work. Do I press Q inside the Throne room or in some other place?

no that should do it.
I just checked to be sure and yes thats it.
I read it about it somewhere.Online I think.Its a scenario tool.An old one and poorly thought out.How many scenario players want to fiddle with a throne room?
