Managment By Corruption - does it work??
I saw somebody suggest in a thread that the corruption in Civ III isnt all that bad after all, as building a load of border towns that dont produce anything can still bring in a few gold, and more importanly support units. I always seem to have a problem having enough cities to support my armies and an extra town = a few gold saved per turn.
BUT, the question is, If I already past the optimal number of cities, and I build another one in the middle of nowhere, that can support 4 units and get me 2 gold per turn, will the counter effect on my other cities be greater??
