22% unis, which can easily be converted into schools or other varieties as needed afterwards. Science costing 50gc/point - would be less, but my guilds have been working overtime.

I've been busy self-spelling other kd members, and we've had two hostile situations, one of which became war. I'm only just getting time to do it. My income last month (ie, before the pump) was 470k, but with 10,000 more points than before and a higher util due to the housing, I should improve on that fairly rapidly.

I'm also a lot smaller than you, about half size. My max Alchemy points is about 40k. I have 12.5k in it, and according to Angel, there's not a lot left (about 5mm). The rest are much the same, (except tools, about half done, and war, not much at all), and most of my unis are becoming schools- which is the cost-effective way forward atm.

The sci pump is done, and i'm rebuilding 70% of my land. The the income is 27k per hour.
Half of my 70k stockpiled runes were stolen, but still I paradised more than 40 acres today.
