Use of Sliders in Map Creation
Personally, I've come to love the random map generator of Civ III. You can get realistic looks maps with it of much better quality than SMAC/X. However, the choices is determining the type of map created are limited. To improve this, map parameters should be put on these sliders:
Code:
No Water       <==========O===========> All Water
Pangaea        <=============O========> Islands
Artic          <====O=================> Tropic
Young Planet   <=================O====> Old Planet
Arid           <=========O============> Humid
This idea is still a work in progress. Any constructive help would be appreciated.

Do you have a means at your disposal to actually make this idea happen? Or is this just another suggestion for the game developers to ignore?
