Schweinhund!! You got that joke from me, BirdMan, and it was about Kiwis Actually, all sheep jokes are interchangable between Australia and New Zealand. It just depends on who's telling them The same goes for Tasmanian jokes. They worked a treat in the U.S when substituted with West Virginia

In answer to other questions seen here, i give the following;-

We export Fosters because Aussies won't drink it

We don't cross roos with horses, although i would like to see a jockey try and ride one

Paul Hogan used to be big way back in the 70's, and was actually funny, too.

The Croc Hunter is considered a loon in Australia, although he is unsurprisingly popular among kids.

Yahoo Serious is a total embarrassment, but is simultaneously one of the great mysteries of the universe - being how he raises money to make movies in the first place

No, you Poms cannot send us Jeffrey Archer

Its an amalgam of English, Irish and Scottish accents. One interesting thing is there is a very little regional variation in accent or slang across the whole continent, mainly because of the influence of radio and TV.

About 80km away from here. Dannevirke. I wouldn't call it a colony though.

Can you own a weapon?
Pistol or rifle?

Hollywood has shown the outback to be a recarn of the old west.
Kinda got me to wondering.

yes you can own a weapon but you need a licence for it .

Not many people do as this is a safe place to live.

Horse may have been a little out with his christian stats, only 63 % put down christian as there religion but no real Aussie could ever believe in God so we are all athiest at heart.
