Wise Words From Jeff!
Quote:
Jeff: CivIII is proudly a turn-based game. I think CivIII will affirm the genre, showing that turn-based games are as fun and exciting as any game out there. Turn-based games give players the ability to model systems (and open them up for experimentation) in greater detail. There is something inherently clear and fun about turns - almost every card and board game in existence is turn-based and people have been enjoying them for centuries.
Coudnt Agree with him more!

Either Jeff likes to repeat the same thing again and again, like a broken record, or the folks at Gamespy are becoming lazy and decided to make a quick "cut and paste" work... How many times have I seen these same sentences, with these same words, before? (I think that Sid told that in another interview).

You are so anti-america that having a conversation with you would be poinless. You may or maynot feel you are an enemy of the United States, I don't care either way. However if I still worked for the Goverment I would turn over your e-mail address to my bosses and what ever happen, happens.

Well, I really did not watch Rio's Carnaval this year, but I know what you mean: every year the samba gets quicker and quicker, because the samba schools have a fixed time to cross the avenue, otherwise they will lose points and...

Oh, this is off-topic, isn't it?

Back on topic: I really hope that Firaxians can think about different and more interesting answers to those questions that everyone likes to ask them. And that the interviewers can think about some different questions too!

Still OT: but Mangueira won for 0.1 point! I would expect more controversy, but beija-flor seems to be resigned with their "fate"...

And Luma de Oliveira and Tiazinha, plus Valeria Valenssa... man, I almost regret not watching Carnaval this year. Fortunately, we have Internet... check this out: http://vocevai.uol.com.br/materia3.asp?m=410
