Settler Growth
Please, can the developers of Civ III bring back the concept of settleing settlers in an existing city to give it an extra citizen. This is one of the features i most miss in Civ CTP

I don't like that. It unrealistically allows for a mega-population boom without any real conditions that should allow for this type of thing to happen. If this is included in Civ3, there should be some sort of catch.

I dont remember this, but I dont like the idea. If immagration is to be used in civ3, it should not be through settlers, but an auto thing. if a city is doing will off, then it would resieve more immegrants from other civs, cities, etc.
