Culture Question
I recently conquered Athens with my German army. Usually I will raze a city even if it has a wonder in it, but Athens had 3 useful wonders of the world in it. I waited a few turns and noticed that I wasn't recieving any culture points for those captured wonders. There are no resistors in the city, and I starved all of the Greek population out of the city. Why don't I recieve any culture points? Is it because the wonders were captured, or because they were built in a capital city before I captured them?

You don't get points for a wonder built by another civ. You get the benefits, like free Barracks or whatever, but not any culture points.
