Ideas on Wonders
What if the cost of wonders differed depending on the sort of civilisation you had. For example, if you had lots of mines the Pyramids would cost less to build, or if you had extensive trade, it would be easier to build the Colossus. This causes the problem that a civ with a large military would for example would gain a greater lead over others by being able to build a military wonder a lot easier. To counter this problem, such wonders should have negative effects as well. For example Sun Tzu's War Academy may give greater military power, but would cause unhappiness or reduced ability to trade and/or increase the period of anarchy to change governments.
