That's tradition. You get a 10% PCR, and if you're Prince or below, you get to spam the complaint thread until you caught up. If you're King and above, you have to do a complaint thread, then an "I'm leaving" thread to make up the balance. It drags along for a few weeks, and provides entertainment for all.
