Maybe you should read the announcement in the about section again, especially this part:
So as long as DNS changes didn't reach your dns server the links on this page won't work properly.

What Martin said. DNS changes have already been submitted to our domain registrar, Network Solutions. All Apolyton-held domains (apolyton.net, apolyton.com, civilization2.net, civilization3.net, moo3.net) should be propogated to point to our new home on RackShack to a vast majority of Internet access points within 72hrs.

My local DNS is still pointing to the old address.
It will be interesting to see when it changes over to the new one.
