*COUGH*

It's spelled with a capital "V", Mr. Leo.

But since everyone else is using their real names, eh, what the hell, put in R.D. Caruso in place of mine. And, uh, fix the HREF tag, it mails to your addy....

Beautiful job tho! A bit orangey, but nonetheless beautiful!

I'll see if I can refine that title pic a bit in my PSP7 this weekend. Maybe make it an animated GIF or somethin.

Beautiful!
But a few remarks still (mostly nitpicks)...
The title graphic looks stunning, but where does that forum (?) graphi come from... Certainly not from Civ2!
Could you have the forum link, link straight to the SLeague forum?
Why did you spell Civilization II with an "s" (I know it's the correct English-English spelling, but that's not what the game is called)?

Hey, cool, I like the new logo

Also the layout is fine, I only think there could be a bit more contrast between background and text (perhaps background brighter, text darker - or even black?)

And does my IE 5 count as "other modern browser"?

The title graphic looks like a forum from Caesar II (or III?)

Great to see the old league back in business

Wow, this is great to see! A much different feel to the site, but I like it. I wish I knew more about webdesign so I could be of assistance. Is there anything I can do, St Leo? Anything?

http://sleague.apolyton.net/images/c2_janiculan.gif is the raw forum pic.

BTW, Are you looking for scenario reviews?

Yes.

The title graphic looks stunning, but where does that forum (?) graphi come from... Certainly not from Civ2!

It comes from C2. Civ2 doesn't have that many stunning graphics of the appropriate size...

Is there anything I can do, St Leo? Anything?

Reviews and tips are some of the things that you could do. I think we'll accept submissions for Civ2, Civ3 (please send all of those to [mail]WarVoid@aol.com[/mail]), CEvo, and EU2.

That new color scheme will take some time to get used to (what happened to good old white and blue?). Nevertheless, very good work.... (nice borrowing of Caesar II graphics)

And I still have SLeague as my homepage. DOn't ask why, it just is.

Glad it is up, but oh...the colors! They are "unique" Also, yes, the game is called Civili-Z-ation II. Still and all, I would be more then happy to write scenario reviews.

I dunno about the color scheme myself. It's, uhh, Middle Eastern, which is good... I think... At least we're keeping in tune with the Mediterranean theme...

I changed the title pic too. Can't be using Caesar II graphics for a Civ site now can we? I yanked something from ToT that matched the current scheme pretty well.

Will the wrong company sue us for copyright infringement?

Oy. If you are using Netscape for hardware reasons, please upgrade to http://www.opera.com/; otherwise, please upgrade to http://www.mozilla.org/.

A site that is compatible with Netscape 4.* is hard to make and unpleasant to maintain, but feel free to describe the exact problem. I am guessing it lies in Netscape's CSS support.

Yet the term "vedas" is very un-Mediteranean...perhaps the "Oracle" or some such term would be better...
The new pic is cool.

The requested URL /ads/adjs.php was not found on this server.
It worked fine before the latest update of it though... (ie when this thread was first started it worked).

Can't say I'm using Netscape Comunicator for hardware reasons (I've got a Power Mac G4) I just use it becouse it's what I like the most...

I have no idea. I pulled it off a list of avatars from another forum I used to post at about three years ago. When that forum folded, I customised it for my own use. Dunno who it is or where it's from, it just suits me.
