two (graphic) bugs found
note the different location of the city radius. It's only a grahic glitch however, since it doesn't affect production.

I found out what causes both

The first: place your cursor over a unit in your city, a small menu will pop up (activate, disband). don't move the cursor and press the left or right key on your keyboard. then move your cursor and click on the area to the right of the units (thus closing the menu). for some reason, the city area moves.

The second: have an embassy with a civ. conquer it's capital. if you don't already see the location of the new capital, it's centre square will pop up, though without surroundings or name.

Actually, there's nothing wrong with the borders. Well, aside from the graphic, which is shifted 1 space to the left. So you weren't really getting 6 shields from the coast after all.

ok. still a bit stupid, since the embassy hasn't opened when the war is still going on, and this way you get free intel.

and it still leaves the other bug.

The first is a bug, but since it doesn't seem to affect anything... and the second is probably not a bug. I mean, it seems like it would be hard to hide your capital... I'm sure that generally a civ's capital is never a well-guarded secret.
