I have been playing Civ3 for several months now, usually never puttingin the Greeks, because when I do, If I enter into diplomatic negotiations, the game crashes, where I initiatie or they do.
Help?

Very strange indeed. 
It never happened to me. Are you using a mod ? Which civ3 version do you use ?

very bizarre.
have you posted this over in the general -bugs thread? Perhaps you should email your problem to firaxis directly.
maybe you should try reinstalling it.
sounds like something is corrupted in the leader animation?

I don't think it's a problem of the game. I always take Greeks and never has a problem. Try to reinstall with another CD.

Most likely a file for the Greeks is corrupted.
Uninstall and reinstall. You may want to copy your save game folder and the high score list first. Everything else can go unless you have mods and scenarios.
At least the high scores file is real obvious.
