May I skip intro movie?
I think it can be done in *ini fil, but I couldn't find info about it.

I don't think you can skip it all together, other than by just hitting space bar.

What some people have done is to rename the security briefing video to whatever the opening movie is called. Its a bit smaller and takes less time to load.

When it first starts, press the Esc key on your keyboard to go right to the opening screen of the game.

There may be a command you can include in the Civ.Ini file with V1.21f but I would have to check.

Might be something like NoOpeningMovie=0 for do not show.
But then, that was in SMAC, and it may not be included in Civ III.
But then that command probably is not quite right either.
Well, look at the info given with the patch or earlier patches.

(skipping the intro movie is an option in the Macintosh version).
asleepathewheel's suggestion works real well (rename to "Intro".*). Security Briefing is humorous for quite some time. Don't forget to rename the original 'Intro' before changing Security Briefing's name.
