The story has indeed come.
Vel's is better than mine, and three times longer (at least) ... but that's OK ... I wouldn't want to show the boss up, would I? (yeah right!, like i could ...   )

 Thank ya, Stoo! I wound up adding a total of four new scenes, and then cut two of them back out....may still do a bit of tweaking and editing yet, but what's on the forums here is pretty close to being the way I want it.
Glad you enjoyed it, Master Stoo, and you don't give yourself enough credit! What I've read of your story so far is superb!

That is very very kind of you to say. It's only 3 or 4 paragraphs, but I'm glad you like it.
