Please fix the glitch in "stack-goto" (press j) with 1.21f
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I noticed they've changed the way stack-goto works with 1.21f:

When it was introduced in 1.17f, stack-goto would move ALL units of the active type to the desired location, even when some of the units were Fortified.

With 1.21f, only active (non-fortified) units are moved. While this is a very good change, I've noticed that the move-to order is also given to units which have already moved, causing them to move to the location the following round!

I've lost many moves and units this way: For example, one round I bombard stacks of enemy units from within city A, then move the remaining artillery (using "j") to city B to bombard other enemy forces there. Unfortunately the next turn city B is captured by the enemy, and all my remaining artillery from city A automatically moves to city B, stranding right outside city B with no movement points left!

Please fix it so that units which have already used up their turn are not "affected" by stack-goto orders.

PS: Sometimes I actually miss the old way stack-goto worked (that is, when it affected Fortified units) - I used it to quickly gather a large stack of similar units when these were distributed among several cities. Now I have to visit each city and activate every unit separately. Any chance of introducing a feature which would make gathering easier?

I think that's how it always worked re the units that already moved. I've always had to be careful about mixing stacks and other cases of unintended consequences of j. Try going back to the vacated square and clicking on each Arty that was left behind. That should clear the go to order.

I don't know if you do this or not, but when your garrison stack reaches a new city, try right-click and pick the fortified unit from the list. Still a bit more work, but it might be quicker. Might not.
