Adjusted R&RR move-rates/-bonuses needed
Well, heres my two pennies worth of R&RR movement- and bonus-adjustments in Civ-3:
[*]Road movement bonus: 3X (similar to Civ-2)[*]RR movement bonus: 4X (or perhaps 5X - just not infinite, as in Civ-2)
[*]Combat-strength affected by moving on roads: declining (full -> 1/3)[*]Combat-strength affected by moving on RR: declining (not unaffected, as in Civ-2).
[*]Trade-bonus affected by roads: Similar to Civ-2[*]Trade-bonus affected by RR: No further accumulation (similar to Civ-2)
[*]Resource-bonus affected by RR: now ONLY on mined hills/mountains (and not resource-bonus from any shield-output square, as in Civ-2)
