No PC content!
Bastards! I was hoping to see if they could comete with thier former company on its own turf in terms of gameplay and the fun factor of thier games.

Anunikoba: It is things like that which make me wonder why anyone pays attention to the games at E3.

I hope Id get the enemy count back up to Doom levels and able to handle large outdoor levels, the Quake series was very poor in that respect

Hmm, interesting that GameCube won Best Console last year, with X-box as mere runner-up.

Yeah, shows what they knew huh?
MS had a horrible, horrible E3 last year. They took their Windows Me PR team and put them on Xbox and lo and behold an atrocious E3 showing. Right after E3 the PR team was totally replaced, and lead by Seamus Blackley (Physicist, game designer, PR master) and has definitely recovered this year.
It's also interesting to look at the judge panel, like how they have a judge from IGN Cube but no judge from IGN Xbox.
Also note they gave this award to the Cube based on pricepoint ($199 vs $299) and on older specs. Those hardware specs were reduced before launch to be less powerful.

And here is the e3 thread! I saw on TVsome of the newwer expo's, some older ones. I liked the doom3 preivew. That is really exciting and the US armys game, which is FREE. Thats right, free! The graphics look sweet and theres mplayer action. It got a better rating TC's ghost recon! And like I said, all you need to do to get it is walking into a army recruiting station and ask! No money...woohoo!
Some of the games I already play. They were reviewing 1.6 patch from ww2online over a beta server. I was actually playing while they showcased it. There getting ready to re-release ww2o with the patches and more marketing.

Actually, the Flipper LSI spec was reduced, while the MPU spec was increased.

Yes, John, the flipper went from 202->162 and the CPU from 405->485. The GPU decrease was a bigger hit, since CPUs on the GC and Xbox haven't been taxed yet because the GPUs do most of the processing work still.
