Luckily, only one nuke hit mars, and there was not too much destruction.

MI has announced that the new era of Martian leadership has begun! The Incan orbital base has been stormed and is now being used as the defensive base I mentioned earlier. With the resources saved from building it, there are now many bases on several asteroids.

Although I was gone, lets just say I did some damage to incan and swedish space territories. Like the US after WWII, we were away from the destruction and fortunate enough to escape. Mars has given the equivalent of $1 trillion to reconstruction on earth. We hope that everyone's lesson's have been learned.

Now, as the democracies had to face the communist meancae after WWII, we must face the Plutonian menace. After rebuilding, we must research these creatures and attempt to avoid further destruction, but at the same tiem drive them out of this Solar System that belongs to humans. These Plutonians are most likely from another star system and have no right to our planets.

A small martian expidition is on its way to Uranus to investigate...

We agree. These Plutonians may be a grave threat. Our scientific mission could use your help since we recalled most of our military escort. Only the battlecruiser Armstrong and carrier Toronto remains with the 3 science vessels (Lise Meitner, Ernst Rutherford, Robert Oppenheimer). We fear they may be in danger as we have not heard back from them since they reached the Plutonian system. Our Space Fleet is overstrained and cannot mount another expedition right away.

We thank you for the 1 trillion$ that was directed our way. If you can spare it, we ask for a deal (identical to that we offered China). Rest assured, we will repay it. Don't forget the reconstruction aid we gave you several years ago too!

An unidentified man was caught in Marsopolis with a mysterious substance. When tested, the substance had many similarities with the new plague that has been chronically attacking the populace. In other news, for the first time since the overthrow of the Usurper, the Assembly has overturned a veto of the Empress. 69% of the Assembly voted to end all acceptance of refugees into the Empire and if necessary, foorcibly remove those currently inside it.

Phlegra has been defeated, and Madler has joined the Empire! THis is a joyous day for the Empire, when the Martian Way of Unity once again prevails over all Martians.

Sweden surrenders south pole! After all swedish troops left the south pole and went to Io several nukes detonated were once the original base of Sweden was. The only casualties were some Italian and Australian scout ships operating close to the coast. The nukes have made the whole south pole unlivable. Scientist living there are being exposed to radiation if they do not move. The cold climate is preventing the radiation from spreading to any other place.
Sweden has taken back all claims of any territory in Jupiter except for Io itself. Anti-Nuke systems are being built and space navy is being repaired and rebuilt. Sweden is also asking for peace from all nations that are in war with them.

*Ricky Chen walks the Chinese streets feeling a little different. J Ngyun has recently been elected High Lord of China and has declared a week long festival next month. That really rose his spirits but the climate change was really affecting his feelings.

His mood was always affected by changes in weather but the unnaturalism of this has made him cry at night. Not that he would tell anybody of it.

*High Lord J sat in meeting with the Hall. The Hall consisted of 10 men elected from each of the new 10 territories made with the new government.

Sitter Randon proposed a bill to increase money making. He proposed to start producing products to save the earth after such a horrible war. So a medicine to protect people against any radiation affects was being made. Acute affects can be many things. It can make people very sick so the combination of healing the great Chinese people and making money will be good. Any other nation who requires it may order it.

Sitter Matron proposes to train workers in how to deal with the after affects of the bombings. The Chinese have been preparing for it and are ready to train them in a month. Very little work is need in China and as they work for the government any nation who wants to be prepared for after affects can contact China to see if they can send the work force.

High Lord J proposes an increase in army size for defensive purposes.

NAF to China:

Unfortunately, the Territorial Integrity of North America is not negotiable. This has been a long-standing policy that is not only law in the NF Constitution but also deeply embedded in the Canmerxican psyche.

If you have some other offer, we will gladly take out a loan.

The NAF's medical expertise in radiation and fallout is unmatched (due to our many years of living in the aftermath of nuclear holocaust) but we are always on the lookout for whatever other developments other nations may be researching.

Your offer of a workforce is appreciated, but Canmerxicans are highly suspicious of large numbers of foreigners on NAF soil - except for long-standing allies. The Isolationist Party - even after it's disgrace under the leadership of Senator Evensong - is once again gaining support. Being hit by 3 nuclear bombs in the space of 3 years makes the people nervous. Elections are coming up within two years and Chancellor Trent doesn't want to give the Isolationist Party any more fuel for their propaganda.

NAF to MARS:

We have already landed 4 million refugees in unoccupied land. We will not land anymore. The rest are being redirected to the Italian colonies on Venus. The existing 4 million refugees on MArs will be removed within 1 yr. We have no desire to cause trouble in your empire - however, we do feel misgivings about your people's xenophobia and the reversal of your former open-arms welcome.

Memorial to be held for 10 Million dead Australians....ALL world leaders requested to attend.

President Sera Hetkins has issued today that a formal memorial will be held in New Sydney to remember that 1/10th of her population was wiped out in nuclear blasts across Australia. "It is hard to find an Australian not affected by these deadly attacks" she stated in a television press conference. "We just want to honour those who so bravely gave their lives." Of the 92 Million Australians left on the Mainland 10 have expressed interest in moving to New Zealand and PNG. Another 5 have expressed interest in moving to another country, such as England or Canada. And 11 Million have made definite plans to evacuate, but go to Australian Phobos or Aus. Venus (which Australia holds 50% of) 65 Million have decided to stay right here, but many are moving to Melbourne, Darwin, Townsville, and Alice Springs, all which are expected to have growths of up to 8 Million a piece. The aid given to Australia is being used to close off the city propers of those cities affected, and clean up cities which can be livable in the next 3 years. President Hetkins, speaking from our new capital Auckland, NZ will soon be leaving on a separate ship, along with the remaining British Royals to New Sydney to attend the ceremony. As of now the date for the memorial stands in two months.

China understands the problems with moving into US territory. China will give you the money as an act of friendship all we ask in return is you pay back 1/4 of the money. You buy and advertise our preventive medicine against the high chance of cancer in the as an after effect. You may test but not change the medicine. We see this deal as being more beneficial to you and we hope this strengthens are relationships.

To the Nations of the Solar System.

We are the Plutonians, we think as one. What you consider huge is miniscule to us in terms of power and size. You know that Uranus is many times larger than your "Earth" and "Mars." The Space fleet created there is also much larger than what you consider "HUGE" We have noticed that you have not yet discovered light speed as your scientific expedition isn't very far out into space as of yet, don't bother. I have light beamed our history to a satellite of every nation, there is no reference to our technology, as your warlike nature would cause it to be used wrongfully. As for the nuclear use on earth, there is a transport awaiting any who wish a peaceful life elsewhere.

We have noticed interest in Alpha Centauri for your various nations, we have been there, the planet that orbits the star is inhabited by a race of lizardlike people who are very peaceful, and have benefitted from a Plutonian exchange of knowledge.

Know that Alpha Centauri was the Second sun before a star plowed into it and sent it out into the Universe.

We wish only peace in this solar system, as we descended from the same ancestor, we will only brood agression if one of you do first. The last time we did this, the asteroid belt was formed, and I assure you, our weapons have improved.

Oh, and look outside and see our signature battle cruiser, it will be eclipsing earth's sun in 3...2...1....

Just then, Earth was plunged into darkness, all that was visible was a 10,000 mile long battlebeast with the entire moon dwarfed before it.

There is no longer any doubt that we exist, although your television broadcasts would say otherwise.

In summary, don't mess with pluto, we are peaceful and not going to colonize anything not already colonized by us, if you show peace than diplomatically we will increase your knowledge slowly, if you are warlike, then you will cease to exist.

We will send $500 million if you allow some space in your rebuilt cities to let some Chinese citizens in and allow us to ship in a distribute are PAR (Protection Against Radiation) medicine which greatly helps prevent after affects such as cancer from the radiation.

also, try to learn a bit about basic earth & space science (including relevant aspects of physics, chemistry, biology, geology...) I can help you with that if you like, or point you towards some good links. Note that 'suns' are stars and they can't be pushed around by each other.

Chinese citizens have always been welcome in Australia. There is no "quota" or limit on our foreign immigration. All are welcome in our vast wasteland, just get a passport

As for the PAR, we will begin putting it on store shelves immediately, and you will get 100% of the profits.
