I need Palace help
In my current game I've got the southern part of the continent I'm on, Greece has the middle, and Rome has the top. The other five civ's Share a larger second continent. I discovered an island on the other side of the world from my continent. I settled it with four cities. But because its so far away they have massive corruption. My cities on my continent are doing pretty good corruption wise except for the two to the north east which are loosing about half the production and commerce to corruption.

So my question is should I build my forbiden palace on the island with four cities to make them more useful, or should I build it on my continent were it will help the two cities to the north east alot and the rest of the cities in the area a little bit.

Here are some screen shots that may help:

You should build you FP on the big island somewhere in the middle of your cities.

Build your palace on the island with four cites.

That way, if you ever get onto the bigger continent you can move your palace ther and increas production there( with a loss to the small island of course).

You can move the palace, the FP you can't.

After looking at the pics, I would put your Forbidden Palace in Pi-Ramses, and leave your Palace where it is at.

And later when you decide to take your home continent for yourself(which you will) move your Palace up in the center of where the Red civ is.

Sound advice. I'd also note that the archtectural style of your palace is inconsequential. You can even mix it up without penalty.
