Help Im confused??/
Umm this probably belongs in the dumbest questions of all times but.....


Does Adam Smith Trading Wonder pay for all improvments that cost 1 gold per turn in just the city it was built or all cities in the empire?

I searched the forums and couldn't find the answer on my own.

Yup and I checked there....

But its unclear if its empire wide or just for that city.
