Montezuma, what's wrong with conquerors (colonial leaders, as you put it)? Cortes, for example, helped Spain achieve a great empire.

Oh, that's right--you're Montezuma. Sorry about that.

I would like to see it. Hmmm, I posted this earlier, was it another victim of the Internet Post Office?

kring;
I'll put it together this weekend (or even this afternoon if my boss doesn't look over my shoulder too much). I originally had it in word format. If you prefer another, just let me know.
I don't understand - did you post the list earlier, or did you post the request for the list?

Yes, I am Montezuma and I hate conquerors. Your point?

My point is that your "rules" for designating GLs excluded conquerors. IMO, they seem to meet the job description exactly. However, I wouldn't expect anyone named Montezuma to support inclusion of Cortes.

So are you a conqueror or a builder-style player, yourself?

I posted the request earlier, but sometimes the Internet eats things.

Thank you. Word is fine.

Attached is a word document of the list of Real Hero Names from the previous thread we worked on. I may have miss-typed, so please check. If it is an argument not of a typo, but of a difference in common spelling, please refrain. I am not a linguist and as many names have been translated there are bound to be errors and ommisions.

Oh ya, we were missing one name each from Zulu and Japanese.

May you have plentiful hero's in all your games.
