Blitzkrieg, Blitzkrieg, Blitzkrieg!. Build a bunch of units Get a right of passage agreemrent, spend ten final turns building units, and letting them build roads. Move the troops to their border in 8 turns, 2 turns to use their roads to reach their capital. That'll be 20 turns. Call off the right of passage, attack and burn Paris!

Interesting. Maybe in conjunction with Pink? After all, in 60 turns, they're pretty much guaranteed to have some roads around Paris.
On the other hand, we have to time it right. Misjudge by a few turns and we'll end up having to cancel our ROP-- meaning other civs will be less likely to sign ROPs with us in the future.
On the third hand, if we end up warmongering, it may not matter what our reputation is.

Option 4 is "All of the above".
Thus these ppl vote for each of 1-3 and all of them as well just to show how much they want all 4 options! 
Makes sense to me.
