It's really a matter of opinion. But anyway, I think that a worker would be much more useful back home.
The AI cheats, and yet, even when it does the majority of players here (ministers especially) can easily outduel it. The AI needs all the help it can gets. At this point, until a programmer 'teaches' some real strategies to an AI (ala, baiting a trap, launching surprise counteroffensive, knowingly launching an attack on a weak flank (without cheating to know it ), then we will always be superior.

, and if there is nothing for them to do , we could do two things , ...

one ; let them start to clear the jungle

or

two ; let them start to build a road towards the species that need to be "civilized" , ....
