Play without disk?
I was vacationing at a relatives house , playing a little MoO2 when my sisters cd-rom drive decided to eat my game disk!!! It cracked in two then rattled to a stop! (weird!) I was wondering if it was possible to play the game without the disk until I can find a copy again as I still have the game installed at home.

Where are we going? And why am I in this handbasket!?!

Yeah, you can.

You need to patch the game though.

I have heard of CD's blowing apart in the drives. I run with safety copies of my freuently played games for that reason. I use to have an application that let you copy the game to your HD and load it virtually. I did not carry it over to XP.
