A way to edit a .sav file?
Ok, another question. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to be able to edit a game already in progress in the Editor. I know you could do this in Civ2 with the cheat mode, but is this possible in any way in Civ3. I tried renaming a .sav file to a .bic file, but this obviously did not work.

Pre-1.29f you could do it with Gramphos' multi-tool, but it doesn't seem to work now.

When will Gramphos be releasing a new version of the multi-tool?

He does have a version, .94 that more or less works with 1.29f, though not completely. He mentioned that he was busy this week and wouldn't be able to finish of the improvements for a short while. Maybe next week.
