So how exactly do I claim my 'Poly store discount?
I go to the shop, fill my cart, proceed to the checkout, fill in my details, go to click the "I got a 10% discount" box, and its not there.

What do I do now?

I have the same problem...and the other problem of the lack of a credit card

BTW: will we always get 10% discount on every purchase we make, or only on the first one?

wombat, remind me why you have goten a discount

to arrange your discount, send me a mail(by clicking on the mail link on my post so that i know it's from you) with what you intend to order and i'll mail you the location from where you can order what you want at a discount

discounts are for a single purchase(unlimited products though! )

10% discount comes out of the Apolyton profit right? So the very reason that I would buy something from the store would be destroyed if I ever earned a ten percent discount. Of course it would be handy for one of those team Apolyton shirts,

oh no, that's no problem. You would have shipping costs anyway, remember! Thus you just have to add those to the basket as well

And you can of course come over to my place and there's no need for shipping costs

Only time it doesnt work is if they verify credit card to address name on it. Sites like Sprint and Expedia have done that to me in the past where they do a credit card match to your name and address.

IW, your order continues to be labeled as "new" in our reports(while others after yours are in "production"), which means that the verification of the payment has not been finished. if you had mailed a check it could be normal but since you used a credit card, there could be a problem. you might want to mail service@cafepress.com to ask about this...

That would explain why Markos couldn't see my order before. I used the name Skanky Burns for the shipping address, but my real name for the payment as the credit card name must match what you put down.
