hi ,

indeed its good , BUT , if you have a city that is on the same continent but on the other side , with cities of one or more civ's in between , they start to build there or walk around there , ....

somethimes they also start to walk to a certain spot and then start to build a road from there , ....

instead of building a road towards their destination , ...
