Game imitates life...
Ooops! I meant wife... ex-wife thank God!

I wonder how many I need to have before she stops, if indeed she does.

miccofl, did you change some of the game's graphics? I don't have pipes, tobacco?, in my game. And what do those columns represent?

Those are Harlan's resources: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=49992

The columns represent marble, in the game the screen shot came from it is a strategic resource used to build a new palace. The mod is at this thread: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=61100

I can;t believe she exported those blue jewels.

Where's the "ridiculously expensive shoes" resource?

Maybe you don't have at least one of EVERYTHING. To make it true to my house, replace all strategic resources with beer and cigarettes, and all lux's to gadgets and computer stuff, then we'd have MY sad face up there....

Oh, I see. I don't have silk and I don't have opium (yeah, I added that too.) So, do you think she wants to put on a silk teddy and get stoned?

Your Trade Advisor practices good capitalism: Never be satisfied with what you have.

Seriously, though, once you control one source of every luxury and resource for every civ without its own supply, you can finally be said to have "enough" -- enough to supply yourself and every other civ with each good. After all, what on Earth else would you want to do with them?

I would be suprised if your Trade Advisor was not finally happy at that point. Although I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have some strategic backup sources...
