Although it is against my own interests: If the designer didn't want Russia to get any support from the UK or US, I think that should be respected.
But you have to remember that this scenario wasnīt designed for PBEMs. Itīs too old.
In my opinion, we should fix that by using Yaroslavīs utility or by modifying the Events.txt file.

academia, we are playing the PBEM-version.

I have no idea why FMK didn't allow negotiations but I suppose it could be to avoid the AI making deals with your enemies.

FMK is the creator????? I thought that this scenario was made by Captain Nemo
Anyway, i believe that we should allow negotiations...

Well, I was a bit unclear. Nemo and Alex made the original version but FMK (with the help of uhh some guys) modified it to be for PBEM-play.

Ok...
However, i believe that the "no negotiations" condition is unsuitable for a PBEM.
Well, you know my position. If you want to change that iīm with you. Otherwise, just letīs go on with the game.

Why don't we have a vote. All that needs to be done is some changing of the events-file, something that even i could fix. I'm for this, for quite obvious reasons. We would obviously NOT be allowed to make deals to the AI without diplomatic talks with te human. Also, the Allies can't declare war on each other.

We're waiting for Fell.

No no, stormbringer, you won't have to. This way I simply change the events-files and we can negotiate in-game.

Right, Fell hasn't posted to poly in a week. I may be really impatient but I'm advertising for a substitute.

Well Pap, we're looking for a Germany and a Britain. Make your choice.

Hey germanos, if you're still here, could you D/L yaroslav's PBEM utility? It's in that Spanish forum.

I'm ok with any takers for the UK and the Nazi's.

And Pavlov, I got the Util working on my PC.

IIRC it's the Kraut's turn?

In many cities throughout the Third Reich's Empire, hundreds of new Panther tanks roll off the assembly lines and into position to attack into Russia and the Middle East.

There was continued fighting in various parts of Russia, but German troops slowed thier advance this month to rest and resupply.

No cities taken.

Pap, you have to change the rules-files so that AA-guns have a movement of one. We have a house rule that you're not allowed to move them but this way you can end their turns with Ctrl-N.

Right now your AA-guns are splattered all over Europe.

*Operation Marbles continue
This month the brave B-17-pilots sunk a Japanese carrier, battleship and cruiser. A nice mix.

*The battle for the Atlantic rages on
American forces sunk two German subs and helped out the Brits a bit.

germanos, I made that offer-thing with yaroslav's tool, hope it works. I'll mail it to you.

Oops, almost played ahead of my turn.

The US lend-lease help came through very nively though.

I almost forgot about the sorry state the CCCP is in.

Well, let's wait what the Chinese can do...
