do you mean the hacked editor for the 1.21f patch? It's in the downlaods directory, but you really should upgrade to 1.29f, where the editor has those add/delete buttons anyway

FYI 'cracking' is to remove copyprotections, which isn't allowed on this site. However there is no copy protection in the editor... So you must be looking for the hacked editor, which exist for the earlier versions (up to 1.21f) and can be found in the Directory. However, there is no need for either thing in 1.29f, where, as zulu9812 stated, the Add/Remove buttons exist anyway.
