Constitutional Question: Planetary Council
I've gone over the UN Constitution, and nowhere does it mention anything about the Planetary Council which will arise in future. Who has the power to decide how we shall vote? This is not an issue yet, but we might as well get it out of the way sooner rather than later.

I would imagine it would depend on the proposal.

For instance, planetary elections would likely fall under foreign affairs, whereas a global trade pact would likely fall under economy.

Thanks for pointing this out though.

As soon as elections are over, I'm going to work on a big amendment to the constitution, fixing a whole lot of minor issues that have come up since it was written. I'll try and include this.
