I never had the slow scroll in the military advisor screen ptw. I also have not heard of anyone complaining about this untill ptw, although I guess it is possible to happen to people on regular civ3.

Yeah me either. It's definitely a bug that creeped in with PTW. The difference in speed on the F3 screen from Civ3 to PTW is staggering.
