Anybody want to PBEM with a rookie?

Hi, I'm new here and I want to try out a PBEM SMAC game. Any number of players welcome.

Suggested settings:

Librarian difficulty
Average worms, erosion, clouds
Standard planet
50-70% water

Suggested rules:
Do or die
No unity survey
Blind research

Settings and rules open to suggestions. I'll play Santiago.

I am of roughly similar experience. Your rules are fine. My preference would be to be Gaian.
