You should specify what bases region 1 consists of. New Apolyton etcetera.

TKG: It is still not to my liking but it is better than before. The instruction: do not vote for the same name for more than one region.: I think I can see what you mean but if your choice fails for the first region can you not vote for it rge 2.3.4.? Anyhow improvement

I would say Terra Calme is well fitting, as long as we donīt face an invasion of overwhelming hive forces right into the heart of our glorious empire...
Centralis is obvious, but very, very boring.
Central District sounds much more like a region name...
Who decided to call a base "thisbaseisbelongtous"???? 
Sorry, but thatīs the worst basename Iīve ever heard...
Isnīt it possible to change it into something better....?

I think the more realistic these names are, the more our people can identify themselves with it. The current population of our empire is 46, but not even 20 have voted in the polls.
Think about renaming TBIBTU, pleeeaaase!

At least I can choose where to live.
(In the meantime I read about "All your base are belong to us", but still I think there are better names....)
