Several months ago, someone from Firaxis, posted in this forum that a patch was in Q&A and would be released after that. I haven't heard anything further since then.

From what I understand Firaxis will be releasing the next patch to coincide with the next appearence of Haley's Comet as some kind of clever marketing scheme.
