No Culture Flip in Multiplayer?

I played a good number of games in mp. But there was no culture flip so far, although their were many opertunities...
So I wonder if culture flip is possibel in mp, anyone know?

This may well be true. At Civfanatics someone posted that there also is no War Weariness in MP. I do not know whether this is true but if it is there may be no Culture flip either.

Now it may be that you unchecked the box when starting the game. If you did once it will stay that way until you check it again. Are you sure you didn't uncheck it?

Not true, just yesterday.
I was able to "Culturally Conquer" a Roman city, these was a MP game.

Dont know for War Weariness, cause I was in republic and in war with Arabia, but just before starting the war, I raise my Luxury tax to 10%, and I have many Luxury Item (Diamond, Furs, Ivory etc..) and got Temple and Cathedral in many of my city.
