This poll exists for the confirmation of jdjdjd to the Court of Apolytonia. He will complete the term of notyoueither, who was re-appointed at the start of Term 7 and whose term would have lasted through the end of Term 9 (mid-March).

I don't believe that the constitution explictly states that they do, so I suppose the answer is ambiguous.
That said, I don't foresee the issue ever being a problem... There are enough highly opinionated people here that I don't think we'll have a problem with at least 14 people voting on this

No, panag, there is really no rhyme or reason to the way I think. I tend to speak my mind when I have it under control (thank you Lithium!) and when I'm tied down due to a full moon, I try to piece them all together.
