What might be ideal, efficient and even practical, would be to decide which games should live, which should die, and then consolidate all willing players into a game or two, and go from there. If there were less games, it'd probably be easier to keep those couple alive rather than have 4 or however many semi-morose ones.

This would be one I'd vote to kill, btw

PS, academia, isn't it your turn in the Another Imp 1870 game?

Who are we to decide which games should live and which should die? Don't they all deserve a chance to live? How can we play G-d with the games?

Seriously, we'd just decide by consensus, I mean it's almost all the same people in each game, so it wouldn't be too problematic. If someone is in a game that's killed then they would probably be able to fill up a spot in another game anyway, right? If it would get things going again with these games, then I'd say it's worth it, wouldn't you?
