European Patch for Play the World

Does anyone know if there is a european patch for ptw? as i live in the uk and am experiencing a hell of a lot of crashes with ptw and want to patch it up to hopefully correct this.

But i cant find a european patch! is it really true that firaxis only care about their american customers?
