The Morganites are currently researching Polymorphic Software, a topic our Peacekeeping scientists well understand. Should we share our knowledge with them, in the hopes that they then are able to research something useful to us? If we don't want to give technology away, we could trade it for their vote in the Planetary Council, or for a nominal sum of energy credits. I seem to have neglected to post a poll.
